The "PRINT PREVIEW" option I have found under the "FILE" drop down is GONE!!! I Please tell me HOW to get it back (or at least find it somewhere else)! I absolutely DEPEND on this function for processing orders and printing packing slips !!!!

This is NOT an improvement for me!!! This is absolutely horrible!

A recent Firefox update has totally disrupted our ability to print from browser windows. There used to be a "Print Preview" button that allowed us to set things up the way we wanted them. That's now missing. As a result, stuff that used to cost us for ten pages now costs us for twenty pages. Also, when we print double-sided, the second side prints upside down.

This strikes me and my wife as a horrible development, and we would like to go back to the old version ASAP!

With "print on both sides" checked, the "backside" of each page is printed inverted top to bottom. I believe this began after the latest update. I'd like to revert to the old, more conventional, and (for me, at least) easier-to-use older system.

Firefox "Print Preview" has disappeared from the File menu in 84.0.2; all I have now is "Print", which brings up a Microsoft Edge style print dialog. Is this an upgrading error, or is it just the way Firefox will be now?

What can be preventing me from logging in to my account at cvs.com using Firefox browser. Is there something that I need to de-select?

Suddenly my printer won't print in duplicate mode/flip on long edge but prints with one side the reverse of the other. That doesn't happen with Chrome or Edge. Anyone know what has changed/how to fix it?

My print preview is no longer available, and the new one is too small to see what's on the page. It's useless! Also, simplify page is gone (I understand "Reader View") is the work-around. Also, it's many extra clicks to get to my system print controls to print properly.

Solving the print preview too small would go a long way towards keeping Firefox usable. The other things could certainly use fixing, however.

(I have restored the old functionality temporarily with print.tab_modal.enabled preference set to false. Thanks community for showing me to do so! See https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1322623 if you want to know how.  However, usually Firefox takes these options away soon.  )

The ability to edit and customize the headers and footers for printing was one of my main reasons for switching from Chrome to Firefox. Now I can't find where to do this. I don't know if it was a recent update or what but I am using Windows 10 Home. Please help so I don't have to find a new browser.

My bookmarks are being stored in another file.

Previously my new bookmarks always were found in "Other Bookmarks" folder when I chose "Show All Bookmarks." Now they are going to a folder within a folder within a folder that has nothing to do with new bookmarks. Is anyone aware of some method to redirect Firefox so that new bookmarks end up in the "Other Bookmarks" folder as they had previously?

I am using Mozilla Firefox 86.0 on Ubuntu 20.04 LTS Desktop, I am unable to play any kind of Video embedded on my Websites, I've also tried disabling the Hardware Acceleration in Firefox Setting, but still, the issue remains the same.

in my Ubuntu 20.04 LTS -> ffmpeg is installed, libavcodec-extra is also installed, but I am unable to understand why Mozilla Firefox is not playing the Videos in the Browser?

please help me in this case, I am frustrated with this for 2 months or more.

I can't play video on Netflix.

I get the message "Firefox is installing components needed to play the audio or video on this page. Please try again later."

I have searched previous threads and tried the suggested fixes but nothing works. I can play Netflix perfectly fine in other browsers I tested.

After firefox updated to 85.0 and added a new printer interface it will not print. everything else still prints fine and even when going back to the system dialog box it still will not print. It acts like it is going to print but nothing prints. I can save it to PDF and print okay but not to my printer directly.

When I try to download a file I get the message in the download progress "canceled" - Company name.com - time This happens with .pdf files and .exe files. I'm not sure about other files as I haven't tried them yet. Why won't these files download? Windows 10, 64 bit system.

Forms not filling in on most sites with my address info, WIndows 10, Firefox 86 64 bit

There are addresses set up in options and Forms and Autofill. There is a checkmark next to Forms and Autofill.

Just not filling in forms, not sure why.

Thoughts?

I'm using Firefox 86.0 on an Apple Silicon Mac mini (16 GB/2TB) with macOS 11.2. Several times a day when I return to the browser, it will have become completely unresponsive to clicks and or typing. In this state, I can't click on web pages, or controls in the tab bar. However, the app is not beach-balling. I can quit by right clicking on the dock icon and choosing quit from the menu (I don't have to force quit). Relaunching fixes things. Also, if I have, for example, clicked on the "new tab" button in the tab bar, once I've quit and launched again, the new tab will be in the window, indicating that the command was processed, but the result was not visible. Sometimes, but not always, when in this state the page display looks like it has been scaled to about 50%. (As if I'd hit "Zoom out" five times). One clue that may relate to this is, I'm running in scaled mode on the monitor (The monitor is capable of 3840x2160, but I'm scaling things in the Display control panel to 2560x1440.) Apps are running in Retina mode. I have tried running Firefox in Safe mode, but that didn't help. I have a lot of tabs that I don't want to lose, so running in a fresh user profile is kind of difficult, unless there's a simple way to transfer open tabs between profiles.
