Want to copy websites-URLs (just URLs-no names or descriptions) from old laptop to a new one using Firefox bookmark

My old laptop contains bookmarked sites that I go to each time needed. Bought a new Mac and I want to copy ALL the URLs in the previous laptop and paste them to the new one.

Each time I copy-the names and descriptions of the URL owner or to whom the URL belongs to APPEAR in the pasted sheet.

Is there a way I can just copy-paste ALL URLs and paste to a sheet first then paste to the bookmark tag of gthe new laptop? Or, I have to do it painstakingly one by one.
