I am wanting to change the URL to Google mail in Applications panel

I have a .net Gmail account set up , when i go into Applications panel and choose which mail client to use when clicking on an email link there is an option to use Gmail but the URL is to regular Gmail and i need it set to my Gmail.net account. How do i change this.
