I keep encountering an error when using the "Install/Add to Homescreen" interaction. I will get an error that says " this shortcut already exists" even when it doesn't. It's happened a few times, and I can only assume that some sort of glitch is occurring as I move the shortcut around on my home screen. This error only occurs if I accidentally lift my finger off the screen while dragging the icon to a spot. It's like the shortcut is being placed somewhere invisible in that moment and I cannot see it. I only have one page on my home screen, and I have tried adding a second screen and moving my apps there. I've tried deleting all my widgets and Homescreen folders as well.
