Also, side note, I noticed in your screenshot that you have AVG. i'd strongly suggest removing it, and just using Windows Defender and a monthly Malwarebytes scan. AVG has been known to do many things to reduce your computer's security.

Also, openoffice is discontinued, and you can replace it with libreoffice :)

Use one of these to close Firefox if you are currently doing that by clicking the close X on the Firefox title bar.

So basically, this is a crash because Firefox is having a hard time reading it's storage when it closes. The engineers don't have a timeline for a fix.

One thing you can try is a profile refresh: Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings
