In junk folder, I cannot select the highlighted text, like "show blocked content" for the last 4-5 days. On clicking, it again in Junk folder. Help needed.
I cannot select highlighted text, I am not being allowed to click the cursor on the highlighted text. when I do so, it closes the open email. and takes me to the junk folder. When I asked the Outlook, I got the following reply:
As regards to your concern, this could be a possible browser issue. Some browser lags due to the corrupted cache files and cookies that are stored in the system. Let us isolate the issue, please try to use a different browser such as Internet Explorer and Edge, and if it works, try to re-install the Firefox."
In the attached pic, I cannot select "show blocked content" or "It's not spam". For the last 4-5 days it is happening.

Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache.
- Clear the Cache and
- Remove Cookies
Warning ! ! This will log you out of sites you're logged in to. You may also lose any settings for that website.
Type about:preferences<enter> in the address bar.
- Cookies; Select Privacy. Under History, select
Firefox will Use Custom Settings. Press the button on the right side called Show Cookies. Use the search bar to look for the site. Note; There may be more than one entry. Remove All of them.
- Cache; Select Advanced > Network.
[v57+] Select Privacy. Across from Cached Web Content, Press Clear Now.
If there is still a problem, Start Firefox in Safe Mode https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Did this help?
While you are in safe mode;
Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration in Firefox. Since this feature was added to Firefox it has gradually improved but there are still a few glitches.

There have been issues reported with Outlook (Hotmail). This can happen if you use the Reader pane and click a link. In that case it can happen that you activate content that is under the reader pane. This will probably be fixed in Firefox 58.0.2 to be released next week.

A possible workaround that you can try is to modify these prefs on the about:config page:
- layout.css.stylo-blocklist.enabled => true
- layout.css.stylo-blocklist.blocked_domains => live.com
