how can I uninstall and re-intstall Firefox while keeping my browsing history as well as my favorites on it as well ? Please advise, as it keep crashing on me

How can I uninstall and re-install Firefox while keeping my browsing history as well as keep my favorites that I have saved on it, since Firefox have been crashing with increasing frequency in recent weeks.

Also, is there any kind of "compatibility" issues, known or otherwise, when using Skype at the same time, since my PC crashes (goes to the dreaded "blue screen") when I use both ?

Please advise at your earliest possible convenience.

Doing an uninstall and reinstall probably won't fix anything. It is usually 3rd add-ons for Firefox that cause such problems.

Please follow the steps below to provide us crash IDs to help us learn more about your crash.

  1. Enter about:crashes in the Firefox address bar and press Enter. A Submitted Crash Reports list will appear, similar to the one shown below.
  2. Copy the 5 most recent Report IDs that start with bp- and paste them into your response here.
