support.mozilla.org I asked a question, then registered. Got confirmation email & confirmed. Took me to a page where I could see my question IF I clicked on the link. Wanted me to log in. Did so. Can't get back to the page with the link to my question.

Wants cookies enabled. I don't want cookies enabled.

Can't log in. Can't see my question. I guess you have some criteria for users expertise that I just don't meet. Lot of time in here. Not getting anywhere.

I think it's this one: Windows XP, Firefox 3.6.27 Haven’t updated Firefox because some updates disable Kaspersky Internet Security so can I update now without killing Kaspersky?
