Hi I love Firefox but one page won't load. I just see the word 'Done' at the bottom left of the page and a white, blank screen. The page loads perfectly using IE8 and Chrome. All browsers on auto update. It is exactly the same on another PC in the house, running Windows XP Pro.

The page is: http://business.ikea.com/sb/siteshell/startup.html#,en_UK;profile,join

It's behaving as if Flash isn't up to date. Or not installed. So I tried: https://www.mozilla.com/en-US/plugincheck/ Sure enough, it says Flash isn't up to date. I click on 'update' and I'm told Flash is up to date.

Any ideas?

Update the Flash plugin to the latest version.

Your above posted system details show multiple Java Console extensions.
You can uninstall (remove) the Java Console extensions and disable the Java Quick Starter extension, you do not need them to run Java applets.

TonyE: I've Firefox configured to delete all cookies and history on exit. But I manually deleted cookies. It didn't make any difference.

cor-el: You were right, I did have multiple Java Console extensions. I deleted the older versions, restarted Firefox and the web page I wanted loaded immediately. Perfect answer.

Thanks for your support, it really is appreciated. Grateful thanks.
