Like to get solution to why this software cannot connect to internet and allow me to login. Have had this free software since 2014 and never had this problem before. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks Dave Seigworth

That isn't a Firefox issue. You need to contact SketchUp support for login issue on their site.
