Can you provide more detail? What email site are you using? Are you getting an error message when you try to download? Post a screenshot of the issue. Have you tried Firefox in Safe Mode? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/diagnose-firefox-issues-using-troubleshoot-mode#w_how-to-start-firefox-in-4troubleshoot-modesf5safe-modesf

Not really certain what solved the problem. I tried to shotgun the suggestions and even loaded up Chrome. At some point things got back to normal with Firefox. Could have been an overfull cache.
