The profile folder on OS X is located at ~/Library/Thunderbird/Profiles/<Profile name>/
In the Thunderbird folder, there is a Crash Reports subfolder, and a subfolder of that named submitted should contain the latest reports bp-... The one from 2020 is not found.
If TB crashes even in safe mode, try running OS X in safe mode and then see if it makes a difference.

That one is already expired. Try OS X safe mode.
