I keep getting "Unable to connect" error despite BEING connected
Started today, I click on links, bookmarks or type in a URL and I get the Unable to connect page. Sometimes if I refresh a number of times it loads, sometimes not. Other websites will connect, opening the same address in Chrome works with no issues. My internet is connected and working fine this is something going on with Firefox. Not sure what or how as I haven't changed settings at all either.

Is that the entire error mesage?
There is security software like Avast, Kaspersky, BitDefender and ESET that intercept secure connection certificates and send their own.
Ha, just got one try to get HERE.
Unable to connect
'''Firefox can’t establish a connection to the server at support.mozilla.org.
The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments. If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer’s network connection. If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.'
All websites are loading just fine in Chrome.
Try to disable IPv6 (check for other possible causes as well).
