For some reason Firefox keeps freezing and i can't do anything on my PC and have to restart it to bypass the issue but the same problem keeps happening. I'm not sure what the exact issue is or how to fix it.

What were you doing at the time? surfing, watching a clip, reading something . . . .

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
