Hi all, All of a sudden icloud won't open. I just get the black band across the top with apple icon in top left corner, and white page with pin wheel spinning. I've tried a system refresh and uninstall and reinstall. I read that checking Java Script in Internet Explorer was a fix but that was fine. Thank you.

Make sure you are not blocking content.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

Thank you FredMcD,

I turned all blocking content off.

Yes, that worked, eventually. What do I do next?

Cheers, Tony

Is this an issue with one or more content blocking extensions that block too much or is Firefox Enhanced Tracking Protection also blocking content once you disable your extensions (i.e. the shield gets highlight purple) ?

Thank you, cor-el,

All possible blocking Add-ons are off. Firefox Enhanced Tracking Protection is set at set to Standard. Sheild is grey.

Cheers, Tony

Thanks guys for your help, it was Privacy Possum. It's a bit strange because, although Privacy Possum is a recent addition, it had been instaled for a couple of weeks without any problems.

Thanks again, Tony
