Firefox locked my account
My account is apparently locked. Whenever I try to sign in on the browser, I get a message saying my account was locked and a link saying to let them know. The link redirects me to the mozilla support home page. I can log in via that page. Still can't log into my browser. How am I supposed to let them know? The link is totally worthless and that should really be addressed.

It's not the two step authentication. When I go to sign into firefox browser, like to sync my bookmarks bar, I get a message saying my account was locked. There is no two-step, no option to put in any sort of code. I get a message saying, "If this is a valid email address, let us know and we can help unlock your account." The "let us know" is a link to the homepage of this site with no actual, useful instructions on how to go about this This was all explained in my original post, please respond to what I am asking about. I can sign in to the SUPPORT website. I cannot sign into the BROWSER. In the SUPPORT website, I can go into my account details and see the secondary email, account recovery, and Two-step tabs. However, each one of these is asking me to VERIFY my email. The verify button does absolutely nothing.
First wait at least 24 hours and then try again. If you are still unable to confirm your account and you still have access to the email account, then please create a bugzilla.mozilla.org account and use this link to create a request to unlock the account.
If you no longer have access to the email account, you will need to create another Firefox Account with a working email address.
