A critical certificate Firefox uses to verify their digital signatures has expired, and you need a new one to resume using or installing the affected extensions. Unfortunately, there is not yet an update for Firefox for Android. Firefox 66.0.4 was just released for Android, but I'm not sure of the best way to install. Probably in Google Play, but how soon??
