How can I unblock an account?

edited email address from public and search/spam bots view.

Would you please take a look at this article and scroll down to the section :

You have received a message that your account has been locked

That isn't a firefox email account or issue to deal with. You will have to contact their support line to fix your email account issues.

I tried to find a solution by reference, but it is not there. The message is written "If this is a valid email address, let us know and we will help unlock your account.", but I don't understand how to let them know. I think this problem can not be solved without technical support.
