So that I can understand this better, is this an issue with a specific website?

Per your question below ... No ... not a website ... Photos I have on my cell phone. If I I can text just fine ... but if I try to text and attache a photo ... the app will allow me to include ... but it will NOT forward ... I have Message + ... I have two on my cell ... and same thing happens regardless of which one I try to use. Both WERE working fine ... so WHAT GIVES ... this happened about the same time I downloaded Firefox SO ... HOW do I remove Firefox ... if that fixes the issue ... I’ll KNOW that is the issue

This does not sound like an issue with Firefox for Android. This issues appears to be with the messages application on you mobile device. I recomend that you contact your mobile service provider for help with this issue.

Thank you ... but the issue started AFTER i installed FireFox ... didn't realize how much different FF was ... has lots of 'bells and whistles' - I don't really have time to learn ... i need to UNINSTALL it ... get the Message+ fixed ... then perhaps reinstall it ... one place i noticed on the phone ... when i open Firefox ... i see the "Message+" icon emblem shows there. I con't think that should be there ... but can' t seem to remove it ... Again ... please tell me how to REMOVE it ... and HOW to reimstall it. (side note ... i THINK (?) FF is working o.k. on my PC)

If you want to uninstall Firefox for Android, long press on the icon and drag it to the word "uninstall" or "remove" at the top of the screen.

You should be able to reinstall it from the Google Play Store.
