Sending videos to Chromecast is only on Firefox for Android currently. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/use-firefox-android-send-videos-chromecast

There is or was a bug about Chromecast on desktop Firefox. Bug 1171698 - Add Casting (Chromecast) Capabilities to Desktop
