Firefox 58 on Windows 7 here.
This page is definitely making my fan work overtime.
So I reloaded several times to try to figure out what is going on. About 4-6 seconds after the page does its initial rotation, a running video thumbnail appears. If I click that video, about 4-6 seconds later, it loads in the upper left quarter of the viewport. I don't know what is supposed to happen from that point. However, if I:
- left-click - it flies out of view and can be founding hanging somewhere at an unviewable angle
- right-click - I do not get a video-specific menu
Not sure if that is useful, but 3D is definitely out of my area.
Also, I think this is giving me motion sickness...
Thank You for your comment The Firefox browser on iOS (iPad) handle it even better than the native browser Safari when you load the bacground music from the start of the tour Safari has it own solution but it is running well on the mobile Firefox https://svendus.se/rigefplastembalage
Sadly 360 content do not work properly on the Desktop version even the 360 videos and photospheres on social networks like Facebook do chrash in the newest version .

There are some canvas and 360 photo/video fixes coming in Firefox 60 (version currently available for testing as "Nightly"), but it doesn't seem to fix the behavior I observed before on your site.
Maybe file a bug?
Possibly related for 360 images:
I recently noticed the images I have on the Theta360 site do not show in Firefox 58 (desktop), but do show in Chrome (desktop). For example:
https://theta360.com/s/r5eJhJNjnp9pmY6pMoiCQx8gm
Firefox retrieves the image file, but there is some glitch with laying out the viewer: the canvas element is not added to the viewer area. I don't see any script errors, so I don't have any leads on what's going wrong.
That page works in Firefox 60. I just discovered the page loads normally in a private window in Firefox 58 (with Tracking Protection enabled or disabled). No idea what's going on, but probably not really to your page.

We downloaded a Theta image from their website some month ago no problem in Firefox and played with it :-) Just click on the small film camera and you can play the 360 YouTube video RICOH THETA V - 4K & 360° Spatial Audio Sample (Waterfall) inside the Panorama
You have directional audio or Spatial Audio in both files Panorama and the YouTube Video
it is running nicely in Firefox 58.0.2 (64-bitars)

We now changed the HTML5 code so that the in-bedded Videos now play with a start icon like the example 360 panorama in the comment above
