Hello, if you have downloaded a page as pdf then she's certainly in your "Downloads" folder. If by "download" you mean "read" then your page cannot be available anymore because based on the HTML format.

Bymistake i clear the history so my file is not show there.

What is the solution to get back that downloaded file?

Please its very important file for me so please help me to get back that files.

even if you clear the history, downloaded files should still remain in the phone's download folder which you can access like described at https://support.google.com/nexus/answer/2781972 or through any other file explorer.
