I can send emails but can't receive. AND I can't login to my account. Please help!!

If my account has been compromised, I could go in and change my password, etc, but if I ask for a temporary link to reset my password, it is sent to my terry@terryesau.com account, where I cannot receive emails, so I can't retrieve it.
