missing images
This is a problem that I only have on this computer, but it is really annoying. For whatever reason, FIrefox does not display all images and icons on a webpage. At first I thought it was my addons, even though it is unlikely because I use all of them on other computers without the problem, so I disabled all of them. Turns out that did not fix the problem. So then I reset firefox back to defaults and it fixed the problem until I restarted firefox and it came back again, slightly better, some of the images that were missing before are now appearing but many are still not there. I'm really not sure what I can do to fix it, it's just annoying. This is most evident on gmail and youtube. On youtube all video thumbnails used to be missing, now they are only missing on actual video pages. I have a screenshot to show it: http://snag.gy/W9dd2.jpg
If you look on the right where there are suggested videos you will see all white where they should be video thumbnails. Also the thumbs up and down buttons are missing their icons.
My computer specs are:
Windows 8.1 Pro x64
Intel i7-4500U (don't judge me I am very self conscious about this CPU, and hopefully wont have it for much longer)
8GB of DDR3 @ 1600Mhz
Nvidia GeForce GT 745M
WD 750GB 7200RPM Scorpio Black
By default Optimus is set to process everything via the GPU, but I've tried it both ways.
Any thoughts are welcomed, thank you.

Dude what? I went though all of that before aside from disabling my antivirus (Avast!) but this time I figured "What the heck I'll try it" and guess what? It fixed it. Avast doesn't block it on Internet explorer though, now I have to go to Avast and ask them what the heck is going on here. Thank you.
