What is this new toolbar with a blue border just under the Awesome bar?

The new bar appeared with the last update to F/Fox I think. It is the full width of the screen,totally empty, approx. same height as other toolbars and characterized by the bright blue border all around it. Love to know what it is for otherwise just a waste of (scarce) screen space. (I took a snip of the top of the screen but the "uploading" wheel has been spinning for 1/2 hr, so hope the description is OK without the picture.) Thanks - Dick Jenkin.

Something wrong with posting an image in the initial posting of a thread. Use "Post a Reply" to be able to add a screenshot. Then use the Browse .... button below the Post a Reply text box to upload the screenshot.

It is best to use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot and make sure that you do not exceed a maximum file size of 1 MB.

Forum Note. /questions/1067755 Images should attach ok, maybe it is just big files, and if so why can we not convert those files the same way as the contribs forum and Gallery does.
