How do I cancel all ties to the support forum? I thought I had to give an email address to get an answer to a question. Not only was my question not answered but now I am caught up in this circle. How do I get out????????

You can open your user profile and click the Edit Profile button.

If you scroll down to the bottom of the page then you should see a red Delete button.
