When Firefox crashes I get the Crashed Warning in Russian even though my settings are set to UK English. Anyone got any ideas?

I have got FF installed and when it crashes the Crash Reporter comes up in Russian. I have got he settings correct for English after checking how to check for this.

Anyone had the same problem? or now how to fix it?
