My online banking service (Lloyds) tells me that Mozilla 5 (Firefox3.6.3) is suddenly an incompatible browser. Why?
Suddenly I cannot log into LloydsTSB online banking service. After entering all details (ID, password, Memorable info) I am returned to the initial logon screen with no explanation. Recently accepted some uopgrades to Firefox - might this have caused problem?
Operating system
Vista

I don't get any such message, if i try with a bogus password. We'll need some more info about your Firefox setup. Go to Help > Troubleshooting Information, then click Copy all to Clipboard. Open a reply to this post, and go to Edit > Paste to paste the info from your Troubleshooting Information page. [edit]
"Clear the Cache": Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now" "Remove the Cookies" from sites that cause problems: Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of your add-ons is causing your problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes). See Troubleshoot extensions, themes and hardware acceleration issues to solve common Firefox problems and Troubleshoot issues with plugins like Flash or Java to fix common Firefox problems
I really like Mozilla Firefox - it's allowed me to go places I can't with IE. But this same problem keeps annoying me and I simply don't know how to resolve it. My internet provider is HughesNet - which I continue to blame for this online banking issue. About every 2 - 3 days when I go to my online banking account it says this .....
This Connection is Untrusted You have asked Firefox to connect securely to www.abileneteachersfcu.org, but we can't confirm that your connection is secure.
Please please help me resolve this problem. Thanks and God bless.
No problems here with www.abileneteachersfcu.org A check confirms that all certificates are send as well: https://knowledge.verisign.com/support/ssl-certificates-support/index?page=content&id=AR1130
Same problem with BANK OF AMERICA.
I have confirmed that it is NOT a cache or cookie problem AND have used a user agent switcher to cloak as IE8. Still have the same problem. IE 9 works fine.
