Are you seeing small popups on bottom right corner of Firefox windows claiming you have a virus or trojan?. If so then these may just be web push notifications from sites you have allowed to send you notifications. unfortunately some sites may send, junk, spam, fake virus alerts etc instead of useful information. You can revoke those sites

Also if this is a unnamed antivirus claiming you have a virus or trojans etc in a Cache folder then you are not infected if you leave that alone for it to be overwritten or when you delete Cache.
