What operating system do you have? Can you manually double-check the incoming server settings? Maybe those settings are wrong - you should have from your email provider service some instructions what needs to be set (server/port/connection type/....)

Windows 7, setting its works. When i install older version all its work fine

There are some reports that changing the setting "connection security" from SSL/TLS to None have worked. Maybe it will work also for you?
