Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

Thanks for the reply. I've the same problem in safe mode I test other browsers: - same problem with Internet Explorer (11) - no problem with Chrome or Opera.

Hi, Here is a screen video of what happens when i try to use Google photos http://amerisud.fr/images/googlephotos.mp4 At the beginning I select the pics of one day then i try to download them in the three dots menu. (6 - 10 s ), no result. Then i try to make an album (13s), the scrolling menu opens but no result on each line ! Then i try other icons (21 to 29 s). After i try to open an existing album (29 to 36). No result (36 to 46s) . I hit F5 at 46s to reload so the album appears , but pics are blurry and i can't open one if i click on one pic. From 53 to 57 s i click on the top icons, no result. Then i scroll to the botttom of album to see that ther's are a lot of missing pics and all are blurry.

Seems that it's a problem with older version of Firefox. I have the 73.0.1 version (because i use the multirows bar, no suitable for 74 and later) and when i test on another computer with the latest version of Firefox, it works ! On my smartphone whith Firefox (latest version) it doesn't work !

Well done. It could have been a corrupt file that was overwritten.
