Hey there!

I can't login to Firefox anymore. I had lost the the mobile app Goggle Authenticator and my laptop.

And I can't login to delete and then renew my Firefox account.

What shall I do?

Mozilla is divided into several separate support/service areas. Each uses their own username and password logins.

What are you trying to access?

I can't get in to my Firefox account anymore...

I do think I check everything - but find any 'button' where I delete my account and start from scratch.

Again, as I wrote in my first email: Where can I delete my 2-step security account, having neither option?

Were you using two factor authentication?

Try to reset the Firefox Sync password to see if that gives access to the account and disable two factor authentication. You may have to try this more than once to be able to disable 2FA.
