After automatic update to Firefox 29 it would not connect to internet. I uninstalled FF. Attempting to reinstall using Firefox Setup Stub 29.0.1.exe. Installer will not open (nothing happens). I'm using Norton 360 and have deactivated it. Help! Thanks,

Try to download the full package instead of the Stub (compressed) versions available on mozilla.org

Download the Firefox Setup 29.0.1.exe

If you're on Vista/7/8, try right clicking the installer and clicking Run As Administrator
