Upon restarting my laptop earlier today, I realized that ALL my Firefox bookmarks have disappeared into thin air. Gone (or, rather, "empty") is my bookmarks toolbar, and my bookmark menu, and everything else. What to do? Thank you.

My instagram does not open on my firefox browser. I have cleard all the cookies and cashes. I tried Incongnito, hot spot sharing. I have tried everything its still not working. Can you help me?

macOS Tahoe, Firefox 152.0.3 macOS settings include "Appearance - Auto"; i.e. system switches from light to dark at sunset. While the "top area" (tabs, address bar, bookmarks bar) of Firefox follows this - some of the pages themselves do NOT???

I found this website which was at top of the search results. I tried to follow it, but it seems to be badly outdated in certain key respects: esp wrt a setting called "ui.systemUsesDarkTheme" in about:config. I set this to "True", but may have screwed this up!! First question: Should I "reset" this somehow?

Finally: To get at the primary question, there are two "sub-questions" that may explain my confusion more clearly:

1. Is there no ***simple way*** to get Firefox & webpages I view to follow macOS Light/Dark appearance?? What are the CORRECT steps?

2. Do individual webpages have the ability to "decide for themselves" whether or not they will adhere to the system light/dark settings. This may well be an officially "stupid question", but while "most" webpages remain "Light" (including this Support page), a few pages appear dark.

Since updating to 152.0.3 I am no longer receiving bills from my water company; electric company and natural gas company as well as the payment confirmation emails from these companies. I've checked my spam filters (I use earthlink.net) and blocked sender addresses and they are not on these lists, in fact they are in my contact/address book. I've called the utilities and they have confirmed that the email bill was sent to my email address

I am receiving all other emails that I know of. It seems to be website generated em.ails?

I noticed that Mistral’s AI assistant was rebranded from "Le Chat" to "Vibe" in May 2026. However, the Firefox sidebar integration still refers to it as "Le Chat," even after recent browser updates. There is obviously no coordination between Mistral and Mozilla, and vice versa...I use Vibe daily and am starting to find this anomaly a little bit annoying. It simply looks sloppy.

Hi, a while ago something changed in my Firefox where when browsing and refreshing a page it now returns to the top of the page. It always use to refresh to the same place on the page so i didn't need to scroll to get back to where i was. Does anyone know how to fix this? Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks

Hello, I have my Apple settings set to dark mode at night time. I noticed even with Firefox having system selected for website appearance, it still does light mode at night. I attached a screenshot showing the discrepancy. Can you please get this fixed!

It's completely hopeless to get out at the Internet with Firefox, but no problems with my Macs own Safari. I have tried to add Firefox to the firewall as said in the Help-section, but i dosn't work. I am not good at computers. I have three Macs: One Mini with Tahoe 26.5.1; an old MacBook Pro with Catalina 10.15.7 and a MacBook Pro with Sonoma 8.14.3. I use a router connected via fiber.

Youtube videos will open but the red line that dances across the top of the page stops at some point and the video will not open. This is happening to all videos, I am relying on Safari to conduct all my business. This annoying since I have never touched settings nor tweeked any buttons, this seems to be a choice of Firefox.

I use the Firefox browser for MacOS and i use and XBOX series X controller. I connect via Mac Bluetooth and use my XBOX controller for many browser gaming platforms such as XBOX Cloud. The Firefox browser always has connection issues. The controller works perfectly with many other browsers such as Chrome, Edge, DuckDuckGo, Opera (all iterations). Firefox is the only browser were I've had connection issues.

how can i restore control of my device? I keep receiving this: "someone else, like a parent or administrator, controls settings on the network, browser or device that you’re using", but it is my device and I am a 41 year old adult.

and how do I fix it so I can restore previous sessions I accidentally close? I accidentally deleted all prior data from whatever version of Firefox I was using the other day (I didn't have a profile as far as I'm aware) removing all saved passwords, bookmarks, history, and apparently the Restore function.
