when i open a new Tab (Ctrl T) his URL automatically pops up http://www.searchqu.com//406 and i cannot seem to stop it? please help

http://www.searchqu.com//406 URL keep popping up on new Tabs. Opening firefox is fine, my home page opens find, but i cannot stop the above opening in new tabs..... thanks
