VPN still thinks im signed out

I click the VPN button, press "Get started", sign in, click the VPN button again and it still shows "Get started".

Hi emmygrammy,

It sounds like the built-in Firefox VPN is getting stuck in a sign-in loop. After signing in successfully, the VPN panel should reopen and let you turn the VPN on.

Could you try signing out of your Mozilla account in Firefox, then signing back in? A similar issue was resolved this way by another user.

If that doesn't help, please let us know which operating system and Firefox version you're using, and whether the sign-in page confirms that you've signed in successfully before returning to the “Get started” button.
