Hi, the problem isn't with Firefox; it's your PC's antivirus software that's causing the pop-ups.

Check your PC to see what's going on.

Are these as small popups on bottom right corner of Firefox windows?. If so then these may just be web push notifications from site(s) you have allowed to send you notifications. Instead of useful information some may send you junk, spam, fake virus/trojan or fake antivirus alerts. You can revoke the sites from sending you notifications.
