Hi, My Mum who is tech illiterate has recent encountered a problem while browsing-

She is unable https://direct.asda.com/george/clothing/10,default,sc.html

and only this site, she can do so in private mode and on other browsers, I have tried disabling her 2 extentions, I have cleared her cookies, cache and browsing history for Asda Direct but it still comes up blank. She does not use a VPN, she is in the UK.

The only thing I could suspect is if Firefox's VPN is somehow activating just for that one site but I can't see it being on, I only say this because I have to turn off my VPN on my own device to access this site.

Any help?

Hi,

I haven't heard of any cases when the VPN silently activates, so that's highly unlikely.

You've already tried disabling extensions, but could you still try running Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode (since it disables a number of other things as well)?

Also, you can try disabling ETP (though that shouldn't be related...)
