My Directv.com account does not function via FIREFOX. I chatted with Directv.com Support via Google Chrome and they said that FIREFOX was no longer supported. Is that TRUE? If so, is there any fix?

After trying to sign in to my account on Firefox (which was successful), I could not go to either MY ACCOUNT INFO. or any other page without being signed out AUTOMATICALLY upon clicking any further tab (such as MY TV Package). Their chat technician said that FIREFOX is no longer supported! Is there any way to fix this?
