Migrate profiles from old to new system

I have multiple profiles set up with the "old system" ( https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-remove-switch-firefox-profiles ). Now, the new system is available for me, but I can't see an easy way to migrate my existing profiles into the new system.

I would wait until there's an official way to do it.

I've seen people try to do it manually, but it doesn't always work right.
