I don't know what happened I was just doing my normal stuff then all of a sudden I get a virus notifications from Firefox I had did a verification that I'm not a robot after that that's when the virus notifications started can you see if you can do a virus skin for me that will be amazing if you can do that.

What does the screenshot say from what apps showed the warning? Firefox browser doesn't have a A/V scanner that comes from either the site or your own A/V software doing the notifications and some A/V software does online scanning that could also send that notification as well.

Are these small popups on bottom right corner of Firefox windows?

If so then they may just be Web Push Notifications from sites you have allowed to send you notifications from. Unfortunately some sites may just send you junk, spam, fake virus alerts etc instead of useful information. You can revoke these sites.
