Let's say I've bookmarked a job posting from Company Z, the job is zookeeper. Then later there is a job for a lion trainer that I want to bookmark from the same company, same website -- but it overwrites the zookeeper job and replaces it with the lion trainer job.

1) Why is it doing this? 2) How can I save BOTH bookmarks (and more) from the same website?

TIA

You can't make a copy of a bookmark by clicking the highlighted star in the location bar or by using "Bookmark This Link" as this will edit this bookmark. To make multiple copies you need to drag the tab or the padlock icon to a bookmarks folder on the Bookmarks Toolbar or to the sidebar or to a bookmarks drop-down menu.

You can drag the Bookmarks Menu button Bookmark Menu icon (star on tray) that shows the bookmarks in a drop-down list and drag the Library button that gives access to recent bookmarks and history from the Customize palette to the Navigation Toolbar. The Bookmarks Menu button has a "View bookmarks sidebar" menu item.

See "How do I add the Bookmarks Menu button to the toolbar?"
