Receive but cannot send email after auto-upgrade to 15.2.2, then 15.2.3

Looked for help on-line, set Primary password for Hotmail account, closed, reopened, still could not send.

Go to Thunderbird's menu > Help > Troubleshooting Information. Under the Mail and News Accounts heading, select and copy the contents of that table and paste them in your reply.
