For some reason whenever im typing something it takes a while for it to pop up in the screen after im done typing. Its happening right now as Im writing this. Can you please help? Its happening on all my computers and servers.

Try to enter about:config in the URL bar and change accessibility.force_disabled to 1 then restart.
