Hi, I subscribe to the XKCD RSS feed (https://xkcd.com/rss.xml) via Thunderbird's built in RSS feed manager. For some time now, it seems that the alt/title/hover text that should appear when hovering over the cartoon no longer displays. As the author of this tends to use this as part of the comic, this is an issue in this particular case. Is there some configuration I need to change to re-enable this? I am sure it used to work as expected in Thunderbird - the text does appear in Firefox if I go to the site directly and hover the mouse over the cartoon. I am using Thunderbird v91.6.1.

This seems to be a bug: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1733477

I notice that if View/Feed Message Body As is Summary, the tooltip appears (see picture).

Ok, thanks. I can use that as a workaround until the issue is resolved - although it seems to apply to all RSS feeds which is a bit of a pain as they loose their formatting. There also seemed to be a plug-in at one stage (https://addons.thunderbird.net/en-Us/thunderbird/addon/tb-properties/reviews/) but that seems to have gone out of support years ago. You can also see the text by viewing the message source, but that is not all that convenient either. Fingers crossed for a fix.
