Firefox is MUCH slower, even in safe mode, than other browsers. The picture that shows a download speed of 223.44 Mbps is Chrome with all extensions enabled. The second picture shows Firefox in Safe Mode with my internet security on pause. How do I fix?

Is download slower or browser is slower?

The browser was "feeling" slow and downloading slow, which is why I did the speed test. I wanted to see if my PC was the problem, my internet security program or just Firefox. As you can see from the speed tests done minutes apart. Chrome, with all add-ons enabled, was almost 3x faster on the download speed than Firefox, which was done in safe mode with antivirus turned off. I hope that provides more clarity.
