Suddenly I have Globe Like icons preceding my bookmark listings in bookmarks tool bar,recently bookmarked, other bookmarks that are preventing me from opening any of the listings. Please, what to do ? many thanks

Suddenly I have Globe Like icons preceding my bookmark listings in bookmarks tool bar,recently bookmarked, other bookmarks that are preventing me from opening any of the listings. Please, what to do ? many thanks

I have the Globe icon preceding some bookmarks but it doesn't prevent me from opening the bookmark and, when I open such a bookmark, the globe is (sometimes at least) replaced by the site icon. If your bookmarks aren't opening, you can restore a backup copy. Open "Show all bookmarks"/Library > Bookmarks (ctl+shft+o) and use the rightmost menu item at the top Import and Backup > Restore and select the backup to restore.
