I have gone to Menu and there is no Help on the menu page on my computer. I am on Mozilla Firefox. Now what?

I have been a Firefox user for many years now. In the past few weeks, Firefox has stopped printing PDF documents and some other documents although I can still print from my Web mail and if I open an email in google Chrome it will print but not in Firefox. I wondered if I had missed some updates so I started checking that out. The advice was to go to the Menu, which I did, and click on Help but there is no link to Help in my Menu. So, now what?

Hi   Ann1932   !

Very understandable that you can't find it;   it was a huge question mark for me at first too   !   (you'll get the pun here in second)
But then I found out where it is:
When you open the 3-bar menu,   you'll see a   ' ? '   at the bottom:   that's it'  !
