I clicked the download button, click run, click install, then the download screen runs and runs, never completing.

I've asked this question before, but no response. This means I still cannot access my online banking. Any ideas? I let the downloading screen run for upwards of 2 hours, but had to call it quits to not exceed my data package. Surely this shouldn't take more than a few minutes?
