I have used the add-on googlebar for years. FF 36 broke it, so someone made a minor adjustment and put it out as googlebar-fixed: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/googlebar-fixed/ I've tried it and it works fine, but would feel a bit more comfortable if an expert checked it out. Thanks
